At Insulation Solutions Kenya, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read through our shipping and delivery policy for more details.

Shipping Charges

• Within Nairobi County:
  • Free shipping for orders over KES 10,000.
  • A flat rate of KES 900 applies for orders below KES 10,000.
• Outside Nairobi County:
  • Customers outside Nairobi County are kindly requested to contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping arrangements and applicable charges.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
• Delivery timelines:
  • Orders within Nairobi County will be delivered within 48 hours.
  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.

Important Information

• Deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays.
• While we aim to meet delivery timelines, external factors such as traffic, weather, or courier delays may occasionally affect schedules.
